Print roster
|
A quick and easy way to print your roster is to use the print screen feature.
First, open up the information you wish to print. In Powerschool, click on the Grading tab on the left. Then click on the Spreadsheet tab. Next, press and hold the Control key and the P key at the same time. Follow the prompt to print that page. |
How to get a real roster through Reports in Powerschool

In Unified Classroom, click on the Analysis tab on the left side of the screen. Then click on Reports.
In the new screen that pops up, click on Student Roster. Tweak the criteria and when you are finished, click on the green "Run Report" button on the bottom-right corner of the screen. Without closing the page, click on the "View Reports" button to access the cued roster. |

How to Change your class badges in Schoology
|
Once you are in the Schoology class page you wish to change the badging for, hover over the default Schoology badge in the upper-left corner of your screen. Click on "edit picture." Uplaod the picture of your choice. Keep in mind that if your picture is not the same dimensions as the badge space, Schoology will cut off enough to make it fit. You can use Microsoft Paint or a similar program to make your picture the correct height to width ratio.
